Appointing our team as Employer’s Agent means we work on behalf of our clients as a trusted advisor. We represent our clients’ views, requirements, processes, and standards, ensuring they are communicated to the entire project team and managed with a consistent and proactive approach. For all projects delivered via a Design and Build procurement route, our team supports our clients in delivering projects efficiently, on budget, safely, and to the highest quality.

As part of our Employer’s Agent services, we will:

• Procure the design team,
• Manage the procurement process,
• Develop and deliver the project execution plan all while checking progress against the contract,
• Deliver updates regularly and clearly, communicating openly and effectively with minimal impact on your time and resources.

We support our clients throughout the delivery of their projects and remain in our role until the end of the defects period, and as standard, carry out a ‘lessons learned’ review at the end of the project.
