  1. Construction Phase Plan: Our team produces construction phase plans specific to our clients’ projects, providing detailed information about their sites, addressing existing hazards, and outlining site setup and management throughout the construction phase
  2. Site Safety Audits/Inspections: We deliver thorough audits of a construction site, looking at activities and corresponding documents, identifying gaps in compliance and providing advice on required actions
  3. Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS): We produce RAMS specific to each task, taking into consideration the existing hazards and safe systems of work. We also review RAMS submitted by subcontractors to ensure their documentation is site-specific
  4. COSHH Assessments: We create a COSHH assessment database for the hazardous substances used on site. We review and update the COSHH assessments as required, to ensure that they remain relevant to each individual site and the activity taking place
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Our experienced team stays up to date with the latest regulations and industry standards, ensuring that every project remains in compliance with all relevant requirements, helping our clients to confidently navigate regulations with our professional guidance and support
  6. Health and Safety Files and O&M Manuals: We collate the final as-built information for your project, in compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015 ready for the handover to the client.
